Methodist Stone Oak Hospital is a new 300,000 sf. full service hospital with 132 patient beds (expansion calls for appx. 200 more beds) where warm and clear layout is designed to minimize visitor confusion and ease access to the various departments.

The facilities overall open and airy look was accomplished by using bright colors and various materials and textures.

MGC fabricated plastic and metal clad wall panels, accented with decorative acrylic panels in the lobby and waiting areas. Patient rooms head-walls and foot-walls were fabricated using similar materials as well as solid surface countertops and plastic laminated casework.

As on previous projects, MGC worked closely with the design team to ensure that the architects’ overall design would not be jeopardized and construction would be completed on schedule and within budget.
